The shipping costs are fixed based on the number of purchased products:
SPAIN
5,50€ per order + 1€ per item
EUROPE (including UK)
15,90€ per order + 3€ per item
WORLD
27€ per order + 3€ per item
Your order will be delivered to your shipping address. You can track the shipment using the tracking number provided.
TERMS
- Orders are sent from Spain within 10 working days after placing the order.
- Payments can be made with credit cards via stripe.
- Customers outside the EU are responsible for any potential import costs, including customs tariffs and VAT charges.
- Shipments cannot be guaranteed if the contact information provided is incorrect or misspelled. Once a tracking code has been issued, the customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment and collecting the order on time. Any issues must be reported within one month of placing the order. Orders that are returned can be sent out again to the customer upon payment of the new shipping costs and any additional fees incurred by the return. Or a refund can be issued after deducting the costs associated with retrieving the returned shipment. If your order was not collected in time and has been returned, please contact us by email.
